Man Infra construction has launched its first phase of MHADA Land Redevelopment Project located at Ghatkopar East, Mumbai by SPV namely ‘MICL Realty LLP’; wherein the company is holding 46% interest. The project comprises of about 152 apartments of 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK. The company has received booking of about 60% apartments valuing approximately Rs 125 crore.

Power Finance Corporation’s (PFC) wholly owned subsidiary - PFC Consulting has transferred Kohima-Mariani Transmission, its wholly owned subsidiary company established for development of Independent Transmission Project North Eastern Region Strengthening Scheme (NERSS-VI) to Kalpataru Power Transmission (KPTL) on March 31, 2017.

Essar Power's generation up 49% in 2016-17
Essar Power has delivered a strong operational performance in 2016-17, with its power generation moving up 49 per cent. Apart from generating more power, the company added 165 megawatt (Mw) capacity to its portfolio by commissioning one unit each at its Paradip and Hazira plants. The generation increased 57 percent year-on-year in the quarter ended March 31, 2017.
