Sensex, on Friday, closed 111points down at 29918. Among sectors, Infrastructure, PSU and Metal lost over 0.7% to 1.5% each. Among stocks, HDFC Bank, HDFC and ITC lost over 1.6% to 2.3% each. Market breadth was negative with 1503 declines against 1373 advances.
Nifty closed 38 points down at9,304. Today, we expect markets to open on a negative note on the back of negative global cues.

Asian markets are trading on a mixed note; Nikkei is trading 0.7% up and Hang Seng is trading 0.3% up. SGX Nifty is trading 6.5 points lower at 9,351. Indian ADRs ended the day on a mixed note. Among financial ADRs, ICICI Bank closed flat, while HDFC Bank closed 0.8%higher. Among IT ADRs, Wipro gained 0.4% and Infosys closed 0.14% lower. Tata Motors ADR declined 1.4%.
